We’re out on projects nearly year-round, using our sheep to naturally manage invasive species like Phragmites, buckthorn, and garlic mustard. When extra help is needed, we partner with our sister farm, Van Acres, and our friends at Glorious Goat Ranch to bring in goats for additional support—another great connection made through our local community.

Our team practices mob and rotational grazing with portable solar fencing. This method not only depletes the energy reserves of invasive plants but also aerates the soil through trampling and enriches it with natural fertilizer from manure. It’s a win-win for the land—and it’s excellent for the health and well-being of our sheep.
