We’re a husband-and-wife team on a mission to help people feel stronger, live healthier, and connect more with the world around them—starting right here on our little hobby farm in Greenville, Wisconsin.

Our days are filled with movement, fresh air, and a whole lot of goat kisses. Through personal training, wellness products, and our eco-friendly land management services (yes, our goats and sheep make amazing natural lawn mowers), we bring together health, sustainability, and a good dose of fun.

And because life’s too short not to celebrate, we also love sharing our goats for parties, events, and just about any gathering that could use a little extra joy and laughter.

• Farm Fit Boot Camps: combining outdoor and functional farm-style movements with traditional boot camp training with in a pasture with grazing goats and sheep.
